There are many options for working remotely. This option is becoming more popular among companies. FlexJobs reports that up to 95% remote jobs require a geographical requirement. This could be that you must live in a specific city, state, or country.

This subscription-based job board, which specializes in remote, flexible-schedule, freelance and part-time work, recently highlighted 30 companies offering remote work that does not require a physical location.

The list included companies that had the most job postings in 2021 from those who met the following criteria.

• Remote work is possible regardless of where you live
• There is no need to work in an office.
• You can choose to work part-time or full-time.

FlexJobs reports that the majority of these companies are located in the IT, education, and financial sectors. You should be ready to do your best if you are interested in one of these positions. Brie Reynolds, FlexJobs' career development manager, stated in a press release:

During the pandemic, more people want to work remotely. According to a Gallup poll, 54% of those who have worked from home at least partially want to continue doing so. 37% prefer to work exclusively from home.

A shockingly low percentage of respondents -- 9% -- are still open to returning to work five days a semaine.
